Devastated to hear of your passing Greg. It’s 50 years this year since we first met, when you invited me to your 18th birthday bash, and we’ve been close friends ever since. We had shared interests in sport (especially cricket), music, and the outdoor life (when I was much younger!). We never did get to Hergest Ridge!

I’ll miss your broad smile and infectious laugh, your regular lengthy messages, and your sense of humour. I have plenty of great memories of the many times we spent together over the years, and especially after we each met, fell for, and settled down with a North East girl around 20 years ago!

Sleep well old friend, the suffering is over. Much love from Maria & I, we will miss you terribly.
